It was diagnosed that I needed a new engine and I was promptly given a rental car and was further advised that everything was paid for under the warranty. I was treated with respect and like I was a member of the family. That is why I don't let anyone touch my car except for Beaty Chevrolet. I recommend them all the time to friends and family.   • My 2012 Chevy Cruze had warning lights on and was accelerating even in park or with the brake on. Also, the ac was not cooling. I called to make the appointment and spoke with "Vinny". He was very courteous and willing to work with my schedule (1 1/2 hr drive one way). When I got there, more warning lights had came on. Because of the lateness of day and the numerous items (plus oil change and tire rotation), he gave me a car and kept mine. The car was ready before the anticipated date that he gave me. Although he was off, the people that worked with me when I went to get the car were spectacular and courteous. And, although the ac problem was due to "excessive paper"in the glove compartment, they did not act like I was crazy. People ask me why I would drive so far for service ... but they don't understand the quality of service that I feel I receive. I've bought two cars in the past few years ... both from Beatty ... and I can honestly say that if something happens to this one, my next will also be from there.
