"I have to start by saying my husband and I hate car shopping with a passion....but with my beloved Honda almost 100,000 it was time to start looking.. I found what I wanted at Beaty. I contacted them by email to ask questions. I got a response quickly from the internet manager. When we went to see it it was a cold nasty day. The internet manager took his time to answer all our questions in a professional manner. He was friendly, knowledgable and kind. They have an incredible inventory on all makes and models. He was upfront about our trade in value and what he could do on the Equinox also letting us know about any special financing offers from the finance companies. The finance man was kind, treated us with respect, had a good attitude and was patient to answer all questions. I am glad it is over, we got what we wanted with decent terms and felt good about the experience. We will be repeat buyers again when my teenage daughter is ready for her car. We like Chevrolet because of the Onstar feature and love the way they look. We felt good about how we were treated - which we all know how important that is. We have had horrible experiences at other dealerships feeling bad for days by the way we were treated. Not at this dealership. Lots of customers around on this black Friday. We were expecting it to be slow since everyone was at the mall...."
